  • Dieudonne Chau Orjeno, M.A., TH.B.

    Department Head of Theology

    Dieudonne has served as Department Head of Theology since 2014. In 2016, we will be sending him to South Sudan to plant a Bible College in Juba with our colleague David Fugoyo.

  • JOSELINE TINDIMWEBWA, MPH, BSW

    DEPARTMENT HEAD OF COMMUNITY HEALTH / WOMEN’S DEAN

    Joseline joined the ARU staff in the Student Life Department in April 2010 before becoming the Department Head of Community Health and Women’s Dean. She and her husband, Nick, have one daughter named Emily.

  • Mark Malinga, M.A., Th.B.

    Theology Faculty

    Mark served as a Senior Pastor and Counselor at Glad Church in Mbale, as well as an administrator for Revival Nation Churches and a lecturer at Reformed Theological College. He currently lives in Buloba with his wife, Elizabeth, and their daughter, Penninah.

  • Robert Atworgeire, TH.B.

    Theology Faculty

    Robert serves on the pastoral team at Berean Baptist Church in Kampala. Currently he is pursuing a Masters of Biblical Studies at Africa International University.

  • Jamie Boland, M.A., B.A., B.Bus

    Theology Faculty

    Jamie served as an adjunct lecturer at Harvest West Bible College in Perth, Australia and served on the ministry team at Subiaco Church of Christ. Prior to relocating to Uganda, Jamie and his family served at Gideon Theological College in South Sudan.

  • Shelley Homeyer, M.Div, B.Arch.

    Theology Faculty

    Shelley served as a Presbyterian Pastor at First Presbyterian Church Houston before joining the ARU faculty in 2014 along with her husband, Paul. She previously worked as an architect. Shelley and her husband Paul live in Kampala with their three children Adam, Grace and Ben.

  • Samson Kabooko, B.A., Dip. Proj Man

    Child Development Faculty

    Samson served with Compassion International as a Child Development Officer and Field Based Partnership Facilitator, and as a Leadership Development Manager at ARM before joining ARU in 2013. He is the Senior Pastor of Set Free Life Church in Buloba.

  • Ashley Hall, M.SP.ED, BCJ

    Head of Disabilities Studies and Special Education

    Ashley worked as a special education teacher in California before founding the Disabilities Studies and Special Education Department at ARU. Ashley has served locally and internationally with Joni and Friends, equipping and training leaders for disability ministry.
